Positive: Everything you could think of provided, beds comfortable, clean , plenty of parking bedrooms large, wi fi and entertainment area , music, DVD , TV Netflix, we only had a short stay due to family wedding but would recommend it.

Negative: No secure garden for kids, although a great field across road, doors had to be locked as road on either side of doors, if they got out, but otherwise nothing else.

Summary: Great place to stay for peace and tranquility, close to Appleby and surrounding areas.
