Within walking distance of the shops and pubs allowing you to enjoy a meal out in the village or across the river in Fowey accessed by a regular passenger ferry where you will find more pubs restaurants and shops. Giving easy access to the South West Coast path great for enjoying a day out roaming with your four-legged friend and no need to drive. Why not visit The Eden Project Lanhydrock House and Garden The Screech Owl Sanctuary and Wildlife Park Bodmin Jail or explore the local area via the ferries to Fowey and Bodinnick. Enter the house on the first floor where you will find the washer/drier and separate WC.
