The apartment has two bathrooms with shower, adjacent to each other and located near the bedrooms. The outdoor area has a spacious back court with external shower and laundry area and a fully equipped terrace, located in front of the living room, where one can enjoy a meal captivated by the view of the “Golfo delle Saline”. The location of the property makes it easy to reach the beach on foot.
