This space also opens up onto the balcony and the terrace, both of which offer complete privacy (no neighbors to the West...) and breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley below.
The lower floor - accessible both from the outside with a separate entrance as well as through the stairs inside the house - features a cozy sitting area, a desk that sits 2 people, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (1x toilet, 1x shower). On this floor, you'll also find the washroom with a washer/dryer tower, as well as the heating room with a separate, combined washer/dryer machine. The lower floor also has its own patio/terrace, which is ideal for storing bikes (power plugs), and has a natural staircase connecting it to the upper-level terrace.
