This holiday home with pool (4 m x 5 m), a low building and the covered double carport is located on the 710 sqm fenced plot, which is approx. 50 m from the lake.
The house has two bedrooms with double beds 160 x 200 cm and a shower room with WC and washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside the house there is a third bathroom with WC and shower. In the living room there is a large fireplace, a large L-shaped fitted kitchen with all utensils, a dining table for 8 people and a seating area with a 55" flat-screen Smart Sat TV (Astra for German programmes and Hotbird for foreign programmes). The house can sleep 4 people. One bedroom also has a 46" flat smart satellite TV. There is also a bedroom for 2 - 4 people with a shower room in the separate flat building on the property.
The low-rise building, which is separate from the house, has an L-shaped living/bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200 cm, a sofa bed (approx. 140 cm x 200 cm), a table with chairs and a bathroom with WC and shower. Two people can sleep here, in special cases even four people. The low building is particularly suitable for separate accommodation for children or teenagers. There is a 23" flat-screen satellite TV with DVD player in the low building.
The west-facing terrace, which is partly covered and protected by an awning, overlooks the bay of Piona and the lake and has seating for eight people and a Weber kettle barbecue for charcoal. Next to the terrace on the flat building you also have a large stone barbecue for charcoal. You can enjoy the sunset from this terrace. There is also seating for eight people in front of the house on the east-facing terrace with a magnificent view of the 2,600 metre-high Monte Legnone. This terrace with awning is ideal for breakfast in the morning sun. Deckchairs are available for eight people.
You have direct access to the beach from the house via a small private path. The beach areas to the left and right are ideal for walking dogs. A total of four restaurants, the bakery and a small grocery shop are within walking distance. The water in the bay of Piona is calmer and warmer than Lake Como. There is a kiting school in the bay and a surfing school in Colico (approx. 2.5 km). The large Iperal shopping centre is only about 10 minutes away by car and is open 7 days a week from at least 9 am to 8 pm. Boat owners can hire a mooring directly in front of the house.
