Cozy furniture double room available in a just renovated shared apartment only for female students in a nice and well-connected area with public transport to Venice (bus stop close to the house that arrives in Venice in 20 minutes).
Within a walking distance, you can reach the bus stop, a big supermarket, laundry shop, bars, greengrocer and fishmonger under the house).
The room is equipped with two separate single bed, a spacious wardrobe, bookcase, desk, chest of drawers. The common area of the flat is the bathroom and a spacious kitchen with table and chairs, shared balcony and garden.
The monthly rent of a bed in the shared room is 260euro, Internet is included. Other utilities are excluded but reasonable, around 25-35 euro per month depending on your consumption. 3 monthly rent as deposit that will be given back to you at the end of your stay.

Confortevole ed arredata camera doppia disponibile in appartamento recentemente ristrutturato in condivisione con studentesse L'appartamento è ben collegato a Venezia con i mezzi di trasporto pubblici (fermata bus sotto casa che arriva a Venezia in 20 minuti ) e vicina a molti servizi( grande ipermercato raggiungibile a piedi, lavanderia, bar, fruttivendolo e pescheria ).
Nelle parti comuni dispone di doppio frigorifero, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde aspirapolvere e wifi in fibra.
Si affitta solo a studentesse. La camera doppia è composta da: armadio, libreria, scrivania, cassettiera comodino e letto ad una piazza e mezza per ogni ragazza). Le aree comuni sono composte da un bagno nuovo, cucina completa di tutto il necessario con tavoli e sedie, terrazza condivisa.
