This large and spacious cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna renovated in 2014 is located on a beautiful approx. 2,000 m2 large natural plot at Houvig. The house is very well furnished and in the large pool area there is a whirlpool, sauna and a nice cozy nook. The kitchen is connected to the living room, where there is underfloor heating and access to the terrace. The cottage can accommodate 10 people in four bedrooms, all with wooden floors and good sleeping accommodation. In addition, there are two sleeping places on the loft of the house. The large bathroom also has a washer and dryer. This is a well-kept cottage with swimming pool in a good location and is ideal for families with children and dogs and walking distance to the well-known beach in Søndervig. The house is surrounded by terraces both to the south and west and to the east a wonderful covered and completely screened terrace, where you can extend the summer. Not for rent to youth groups.
