It is reachable in a few minutes from the Railway by crossing only one bridge, while from Piazzale Roma by crossing two small bridges. The Sestiere of Santa Croce, where it is located, is also one of the most characteristic and residential areas of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. If you prefer a dinner in the intimacy of home, you will find a supermarket 400m away. Composed of a living room with sofa bed and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower, it is suitable for couples or families, up to a maximum of 4 people.
