The flat is furnished with furniture suitable for a holiday. The flat can be accessed by stairs or from the garage with lift. The flat is on the second floor and is about 65 square metres in size. It consists of the following rooms: a living room with flat screen TV and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dining area, followed by a corridor where other rooms are located: a bedroom (next to the living room) one double and one single bed; finally, an adjoining bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and a second bedroom with two single beds for a total maximum of 5 beds.
The house has two balconies outside with a fantastic view of the harbour and Lake Garda and equipped with a table and 5 chairs (one in front of the living room and one in front of the rooms). The beach is 80m away where 2 deck chairs are available for sunbathing.
The property is close to the via Gardesana (main road along the lake). To explore the surrounding area, especially after the construction of the cycle path along the lake, you can rent bicycles from us. Depending on the type, normal or electric, city bike or mountain bike, and with the rental of any accessories (helmet, basket, chain, padlock, battery charger or insurance for damage to property or persons) a fee may be charged on site.
There is a bus stop and information office in the centre of the village/town with restaurants and a supermarket.
