If you want to stay in a house surrounded by greenery with all the comforts a stone's throw from Rome and the sea, you are in the right place!
You will have at your disposal an upper floor in a villa with independent entrance and well-kept garden with swimming pool in a recently renovated villa.
You can spend your days relaxing in the pool lit up in the evening and surrounded by the well-kept private park. You can use the living area for 8 people, the dining area and barbecue, where you can have your barbecues.
The first floor is accessed via an independent entrance (external side staircase).
You will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the garden, the living room with dining area and a comfortable easy-to-open sofa bed, the modern, new kitchen, small balcony with pool and garden view, the second bedroom with single beds has a large bay window with panoramic view and personal bathroom. A third bed can be added on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and everything needed for cooking.
All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, air conditioning and emergency lights. Furthermore the structure is entirely covered by free Big Band WiFi connection. The outdoor area is protected by the alarm system.
The outdoor space and the pool is shared.
Access through an automatic gate or an illuminated pedestrian path reserved for guests only.
