Modern apartment with balcony where to enjoy a wonderful view over the rooftops of Bologna’s old town.The apartment, situated on the second floor of a building with a lift, is very cosy. The entrance opens to the living area furnished with a large sofa bed, perfect for two extra guests, and a lovely balcony where to relax enjoying the view over the typical rooftops of Bologna’s old town. The kitchenette, recently renovated, is provided with every tool needed, coming also with a microwave and a dishwasher. The bedroom, bright and tastefully furnished, is decorated with a coloured wall in yellow shades and comes with a queen size bed, a reading desk and a brand new smart TV with access to Netflix. The bathroom is fitted with new fixtures, a shower in tempered glass and a washing machine. At guests’ disposal there are comforts such as free Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning.*The city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
