Cozy apartment well-connected to the historic center of Bologna, in a neighborhood surrounded by greenery and located a few steps away both from the local market of San Vincenzo and the university area.
The apartment, located on the third floor reachable on foot, opens onto an hallway which leads to the living room which features a dining table, a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV and a kitchen fully equipped with amenities such as the oven and the espresso coffee machine; from here it is possible to access the balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms fitted with a queen-size bed and two single ones, respectively, and both provided with a desk, ideal for working from home. A modern bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the layout.
The air conditioning throughout the entire apartment, the free wi-fi and the central heating will be at guests’ disposal.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.
The central train station is 10 minutes away by car from the apartment, while the airport is 15 minutes away.
